Great food and hospitable staff. We ordered the Arctic char and lamb, and they were both nicely cooked and seasoned. They came with potatoes and salad on the side. They also have a good choice of ale beers. Free parking right in front.

Great restaurant with good food. I tried the Arctic char, and lamb fillet, and enjoyed both. The potatoes was a bit boring and lacked impact. The overall size could have been more. Otherwise great place, and really nice staff and service.

The nice restaurant in Vik, South of Iceland. There are 50 seats in the restaurant. Food is very good. Staff are polite, kind and helpful. There is parking lot opposite to restaurant. Just across a road.

We had the Dilled Salmon Salad, Arctic Charr and prawn pizza. All delicious especially the salad. On the pricey side, but then again it would probably be considered average in Iceland. Total bill was $80 (11.230 kroner). Place is well kept and warm. Food takes a bit of time to arrive, even though it was not that busy.

This place was recommended to me as a must go in Vik. I would say it's definitely a good place to check out but not a must go. I tried the traditional Icelandic Lamb Stew and it was extremely basic, compared to similar offerings by other restaurants. The Skyr cake was good though.
