This location is absolutely garbage. I had one of the worst experience ever at Dunkin. Two workers that doesn’t know what they are doing. They mess up my order. While doing the order I was asked if I want whip cream on my drink I said no. I was served a drink with whip cream. I asked if that was mind he said I know you want it without whip cream. He tries to make another one and still mess it up because he’s so busy talking with the other guy in their own language. The cup was so messy and even dropped coffee on me because they just don’t care. When I tried to say something, I was asked to leave. So I left it there. Will never spend another penny there. Terrible staff.

On the hotest day of the year they wouldn't give a diabetic person having a episode a complimentary cup of water. There disgusting and decided to charge 1$ a cup today! Don't go to this Dunkin there pathetic and it was the manager!

I once got in at 5pm and bought a donut and coffee. The donut was stale from the wee hours of the morning. I gave a good 4-star rating because, after I complained, the manager gave me 3 free donuts on the house. The other donuts were okay, I guess.

There are a lot of Dunkin’s, and you’d think, you’ve been to one then you’ve been to them all, however, that’s not the case for this Dunkin, located in at the south ferry terminal second floor. I commute from Jersey City to Staten Island , and every morning I get the same thing med iced caramel latte whipped cream No cinnamon, lol. Anyway , they know me and I’m getting to know these men and women, and when I walk in they already know what I want , they sometimes even have it waiting for me when the ferry is ready to leave so I won’t miss my boat. Thanks guys your the best!! Sure mistakes are made but it’s a fast paced coffee place and they try there best to get you in and out so your not late . Keep up the good work see ya tomorrow 👋

I went in for a turkey sausage and egg on a ENGLISH MUFFIN . Received it on a croissant. Went back to exchange it and the worker snatched it out of my hand and began cursing at me . I asked for my money back and after 6 times of me asking , I finally received my refund . Horrible disgusting customer service . This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this location and the crew had nasty attitudes both times. Listen to the other reviews . DONT COME HERE . Would give them NO stars if I could . Rude , dirty , lazy workers who curse you out with no hesitation. ZERO STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND STAY AWAY !!!!!!!
