First time here. It's freezing inside! Should have asked for a table outside. But the food and service were spot on. We had the brunch menu and it had lots of choices. Chicken and waffles was great, COD sandwich was very good. The donut appetizer was a must try if you come here. Waitstaff was very polite and attentive. Lighting in the restaurant was very dim, but all in all, this is a place to keep on my list.

We had dinner here for the first time on a Wednesday night. It was busy, but not too crowded. Our server Adam was super helpful with our selections. We started with a Grilled Spanish octopus appetizer. Octopus was tender with a nice grill flavor. I had the Pan seared halibut for entree. Fish was moist though the side of beans, veggies, and pancetta combo was a bit too salty for my taste. My partner had the Prime NY strip. It was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The one pager wine list was typical of the area. Our bottle of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon was $74, not cheap, but not too expensive either. Overall a nice dinner. But it was more for a special occasion kind of place given the price point.

Fire & Oak is a restaurant I frequent often. Service was impeccable. Friends and I sat at the Bar for some Post Birthday Brunch Drinks and Food. The Bartender Michael was very attentive to my friends and I. He made some wonderful suggestions and we had a great time. This was a step up in service and Ambiance from a few nights prior when a manager verbally assaulted two of her employees in ear shot my guest and I who were having drinks post dinner. I look forward to returning for more great food, memories and vibes

I think this is one of those spots you just knock off your bucket list to say you’ve been. Nice to visit once in a blue moon and not often. Great food, nice looking environment but can get super crowded with long wait times if you don’t have a reservation. Weird how the bathroom is in the hotel and u have to leave to use it but all in all was still a good time.

This is an old-school, high-end restaurant. A NJ restaurant week article mentioned it, so I wanted to check it out. Since the price is high, I would only come back for special occasions. We went there for brunch that day. Throughout the meal, I enjoyed everything from the appetizers to the main courses. Since there were many big families, it might be a good place for family gatherings.
