First time here and will be back. Very helpful staff. Pick up what u want and pay for it at the automated stands or order hot food there and collect at the desk. Great selection and had salmon salad and miso soup.

The food is always good in Itsu but the service here was poor. You have to order through the self-service machines and when you have doubts the staff is not helpful at all. Just one toilet for men and women is an inconvenience if the restaurant is a bit busy.

Asian options of sushi, soup, rice bowls, noodles and sandwiches ...etc. Either eat in or take out. There are fresh smoothies and healthy cold press. Everything is half price half an hour before closing and they recycle everything converting rubbish into energy. So you walk out feeling good supporting the environment.

Usually fine, but there was a fault on their automated system today, with some food not appearing on it and the staff wasn't helpful at all. Left without buying anything as I didn't want to waste more time as I only had limited time for lunch.
