For a tourist, the location is perfect. The room we stayed in was a-bit small however it's clean and functional. It's close to all the popular attractions so pretty convenient. My sister and I stayed here for a week and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even let us borrow their phone chargers as we were struggling to get the right universal plugs on our first day. Their breakfast buffet is delicious & there was also 24/7 tea and coffee available for the in-house guest which was free. Overall, a pretty decent place with kind and friendly staff. I recommend.
a week agoThe best possible location for tourists. It is situated near Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, St James Park, and the Underground. The rooms are petite but have everything one needs. There is a basic quality English breakfast downstairs for £7 until 11am. Friendly, helpful service and spotlessly clean rooms. Strongly recommend for the price as compared to other area hotels.
a week agoNice place in a very good central location. I stayed in a "bigger room" and found it clean and comfortable. I was traveling solo, but it also would have been fine for a couple. The interior was nice and modern with an easy to use control panel next to the bed. My only complaint is that I was on the ground floor and it didn't feel very private with a full height window next to the bed. As there wasn't a nice view outside it would have been much nicer to have some frosted glass there instead.
a month agoIn one word perfect. The best location with two underground stations nearby. St James park and Westminster. Loads of buses that bring you everywhere you want. Rooms are clean and beds are really good too. Breakfast is well worth the 7£ part day with a wide choice of things for English and continental breakfast lovers. Staff very friendly. I knew upfront but not having a window is a bit claustrophobic. All in all very recommended.
a month agoJust the perfect mix of price, location, and quality, especially if you're traveling on a budget. Yes the rooms are a little small, but for what we needed, it was more than fine. They're still clean and modern, and provided a cozy getaway from the city outside. The breakfast buffet is an amazing value and adds even more convenience in the mornings. The best part is being able to lean your head out the front door and see Westminster Abbey down the street. For the price you're paying, it is an absolutely phenomenal deal and it boggles my mind how they're able to do it. Just a two minute walk from the St. James' Park tube station, and just over 5 minutes from Parliament/Westminster, meaning you can easily get anywhere in the city very quickly. I see no reason to stay anywhere else when we visit again!
