Had our mini University Gathering there, and what great services that our waitress (Stef was her name, level 1!) has provided for us; (almost) every dish was split into 3 so that we don’t have the hassle of cutting them up ourselves. As per the taste and presentation of the food, I would say it’s amazing and I’d definitely come back here again when I visit London. 👏🏼

Made a reservation at this place, the staff were friendly throughout our visit. We had a bit of everything, and wanted to try their happy hour stuff. We got the dozen oysters and the cocktails. All was very delicious and the oysters were fresh. The lobster was decent but the sides were better. I think it may have just been a bit of a off season for lobster but it barely had any meat. For the price, it was decent for London. But oysters were definitely worth it.

I ordered Lake District Burger. It was really tasty. I would say it was one of the best burger I’ve eaten in London. Plus, their service was excellent as from I entered. Their staff were friendly. Next time, I will try their lobster.

The hamburger is quite delicious, at least better than big Mac. The lobster, steamed and grilled, are okay, but not as fresh as expected (it might has been frozen so the meat is not elastic). Overall, the foods are nice but I should it must be better for the price. However, it is still a nice restaurant to visit.

My first time at Burger Lobster for my birthday. The whole positive experience started as we entered the premises and were warmly greeted by the team behind the desk. The warm welcome then continued when we met our server - Sarah. She is very customer centric and made our entire visit memorable. Her recommendations were very helpful and she went out of her way to make sure that we were all happy with the food and drinks. A real credit to her team and wish her well. Regards, Sanjay & Phawita
