    Lovely (even if short) experience at this Pret! My partner was desperately looking for a toilet so we asked if first we could go to the toilet, the guy (probably the barista) behind the counter told us unfortunately they didn't have but he pointed us to the next Pret with a toilet in a very professional and kind way. In fact we had our breakfast to the next Pret and it was really tasty, even there the service was great! Lovely hard-working young lady! Thank you very much! You deserve a pay rise!🔝😊

    Look at this pret , opposite such a wonderfula nd cool building its in an awesome spot. However, they are often closed quite a lot of the day which sucks

    Just visited a couple of days ago I would like to say the staff and the manager Martina were amazing and helped me with the charger when I needed to charge my phone. Amazing coffee and selection of food as well.

    If you are going to charge people to eat in then at least make sure you have the space to accommodate these customers who have paid more to sit in and eat. Numerous people sitting not eating anymore just using laptops. Incredibly rude condescending manager said he cannot ask them to leave and asking if people are sitting in Is a ‘government required question’ no it is not. Avoid like the plague

    5* Excellent Service by the staff. Store managers with the New Joiners have raised the bar of this outlet compared to their closer sister concern South Bank Center! Regular visitor with the £20 subscription! - **This review is only for the lady usually in the purple/violet T-shirt, point blank** I would like to edit my review - After experiencing what I did today, I feel I was highly mistaken (illusion) Customer service is appalling! Including the store manager's experience of handling grievances! Never have I experienced such lack of customer grievance address by the store manager. I popped into the store today to get my usual coffee via the subscription. Upon placing the order, I realized the subscription wasn't updated due to a technical error. However, by this time my coffee was ready, as soon as I informed the staff attending to me, she quickly took the coffee back & moved on to prepare other orders without bothering to let me complete what I had to say or complete the conversation. Though I wanted to get a solution to the subscription error nor was I able to let her know that I will purchase the coffee. This was highly disrespectful on the staff's part since all the other patrons in the store noticed. I raised this matter to the store manager (David)who was just toooo busy to address this matter - just wanted to say his scripted 2 sentence apology. No apologies were provided by the concerned staff (new employee - Massee) either but the store manager surely wanted me to leave the store as I was shocked by his treatment and he was more concerned about his staff not about the customer!! How can a regular customer be disrespected publicly like this! As if the subscription comes for free!! He openly told me to go further& put in a complaint! As if he already knew I wont get past Pret a Manger's customer services team!
