Fantastic restaurant with great views in a wonderful riverside location 👌 We serve typical Icelandic products such as lobster soup, lamb, cod or trout, beef and horse steaks, and many more. Always fresh, colorful and tasty! We put a lot of heart, passion and modern twist into our dishes. The wine list is also carefully selected and matched to the dishes. Chocolate cake baked in hot spring or Icelandic skyr is recommended for dessert. Of course, let's not forget about our youngest, where the menu will also satisfy children's palates Welcome! We made a trip from Reykjavik specifically to try this place out after a recommendation from a local. The staff was nice but perhaps inexperienced. We ordered the lobster salad and the lamb. As soon as the plates arrived, we noticed that the salad had three hairs in it. The waitress confirmed and had the chef make us another salad. We ended up paying the full price anyway. Overall, the food was just ok but compared to the price of it I cannot recommend it. Despite all this, it’s a remarkable location with beautiful surroundings.

excellent food and service. We had the lamb and the langoustine soup. Both very delicious!! The gin and tonic was refreshing also. Check this out when you are in town!!!

Delicious! They told us that they had just reopened the restaurant after a while. The food was not only delicious but also looked beautiful. The staff was super nice and the view is amazing.

Great food, ambient and view.. the setting is romantic and quiet.. only If you don't encounter a table of 20 behind you then it's very noisy. Quite pricey but your pallet will think it's worth it.
