The service is excellent, food is delicious and for a good price. The place is so clean and well-organized. I love it, besides the app is so easy to manage,...

In general this is the best Taim location I have been to. The one in my neighborhood needs help. Ordering ahead on the app is easy and I appreciate that...

Generally, a healthyish and tasty fast lunch option. I tend to order the falafel pita or a falafel bowl. My one critique of the bowls is that they are...

We typically order through Uber but felt as though the food was always questionable. The weather was beautiful so I decided to take a quick walk today and decided to go in. The staff was alert and service was fast. Great job there. The only concern and to me the greatest concern was the condition of some of the ingredients. The cheese was in a block as though it had seen better days. My chickpeas appear to have spent several days on the beach with no sunscreen lotion which made them both hard and chewy……not your everyday chickpea. I would have loved to have enjoyed this meal more but the chickpea and cheese concern made it tough.

(May 2023 update below) “If there is a God, then why do bad things happen to good people?” I struggle to make sense of days without Taim. Am I a bad person? Or is this world just a cold place? But then a ray of sunshine breaks through the dreary clouds and delivers warmth as it lands upon my soul. I get to eat Taim. And then it all makes sense: those days without Taim, though seeming mean and unfair, a cruel circumstance dished out by an unloving God or a soulless universe, served a much greater purpose, indeed. For without a falafel-less day, how does one appreciate the profound blessing in a day marked by Taims Mediterranean excellence? Only in the absence of one’s lover does one discover the joy of longing - and the joy of reuniting. Thank you, Taim, for helping me in my quest for spiritual insight and supreme falafel bliss. May 27, 2023 update - Im not one to leave a place a glowing review and then stop eating there without giving management some feedback and a chance to improve. So here it is: My wife has been pointing out that for awhile now I end up eating my Taim and complaining. She asks “why do you still go?” And for me it’s because of how good it has been, and hoping to see it return to that quality. For months now it hasn’t. Just left the maiden lane location and got hit with the same stuff I’ve been seeing for so long (picture included): awful sandwich stuffing. You slice the egg up, why not spread it? Not pictured is all of the pickled cabbage jammed in one corner as well. There is no balanced bite, no bite with a little of all the heavenly ingredients. This time the hummus didn’t even have any toppings! The consistency is slipping hard. Service is usually friendly ish but disengaged. Maiden lane has become consistent only in its failure to stuff a falafel sandwich; to make it as if it were made with care rather than some disgruntled employees reading the receipt and slapping on whatever sauce and jamming in whatever ingredients the customer asks. I hope they can return to the delicate care that the lovely Ingredients require to achieve their full potential. For this I removed a star, largely to get managements attention.

Excellent fresh food. You pick either pita or bowl and pick your own choice of toppings and main entree (they have protein and vegan options like falafel and cauliflower) I went with Falafel. I ordered through the app and food was ready when I got there. Excellent presentation of food and quality ingredients. I found a new favorite spot for lunch!

I got a bowl and the only concern I have is with the rice. Paying almost $20 and having rice that was crunchy really made me upset. Please avoid going to this restaurant after 4pm because they will start making lazy food. Also to mention I came with three other people who had crunchy rice, after seeing the reviews I feel this was intentional. Very terrible on your end taïm, do better.

Loved this place but they switched up their menu recently which I was excited about but worried bc it could be them trying to cut costs with inflation. Even though they added an option to choose 8 toppings on the bowl instead of 6, and have a side of pita they give you way less toppings now so it’s mostly rice. Basically all carbs now which I’m sure is much cheaper for them. The second time I got it I barely got any carbs. Think they’re trying to cut costs with inflation. Sad.
