One of the better chipotle location in lower manhattan. Had a issue where my order broke thru the bag half way down the block. I didn’t know what to do. New Yorker came to the rescues and said to take a picture and go back to get a replacement. I showed the staff the bag and picture of my food on the floor. The team there didn’t have a issue re making my order. Thank you victor and the young lady at the cashier much ❤️. This is one of the few location I would come back to. The other two location closer to my office and home have really bad management and service.

Just realizing that this restaurant in Tribeca is all about quality, the service, the food, the staff, the atmosphere of the restaurant. Everything. I love it!! I take out from there about a couple times a week and never had an issue. Food is always fresh and I always enjoy it. I ate at others but thought to leave a review because of what happened at another one (see below). I now realize they have to go above and beyond to maintain this quality on everything! I just ate to another Chipotle in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. I did not realize that the standard could change that drastically from one chain restaurant location to another. I noticed the food was prepared differently there and did not seem that fresh. But I thought I have been eating at Chipotle for a decade never got sick. What could really happen ? Well 30 minutes or so later… food poisoning!! I felt it and could not believe it. Even the vinaigrette that’s supposed to be standard was different: it had sugar in it. I could taste the grains of sugar (I have been taking two vinaigrettes per salad since ordering salad it never tasted that disgusting). I ate batching businesses but please don’t cut corners on costs at the detriments of the customers health.

Appreciate the fast line and large space. I always get the chicken burrito bowl with avocado and a small drink. Update review- went on 9/19 and order two bowls for me and my mom. The two ladies serving couldn’t understand the order correctly when ask for separate stuff in two bowl. No sense of urgency with these two members and smaller portion of chicken than before.

I've eaten here several times since it opened to 2016, when my office moved. This location makes the white rice really well. The food is decent for the price. The staff was always great. The very long lunch line moves decently fast. I mostly got a chicken bowl, but not with everything. I had the chicken burrito once or twice. They gave me a nice cup to get water. I find the Chipotles I went to were not consistent with flavor. Much success.

My favorite chipotle in the neighborhood. Busy location but the lines goes real fast. The service is definitely amazing. I really like the staff as well!!!
