My most recent experience here was great. They often have BOGO coupons on the app and now I don't even need to wait in line. I just go pick up my order. I do have to say, I cannot resist the sugar cookie, and that makes it hard to eat here often. The sugar cookie at Potbelly is perfection: you just taste the sugar, eggs and butter. No chocolate to distract from the flavor. The best cookies in lower Manhattan since there don't seem to be any Mrs. Fields or Levain nearby.

I work around the area and sometimes the lines for the restaurants around get super long and busy but this potbelly is perfect, less crowds, they have seating arraignment and the food is to die for. Do not sleep on this potbelly- the food is real good and the milkshakes will have you gaining 20lb if you don’t control yourself (it’s that good) Ps. Get the original milkshake it’s the best!!! I forgot the two staff who were working today, but they work so well together!! I have never seen coworkers gel so well with each other that it shows in the way they treat their customers and the way they are happy and laughing. FYI if the person who did my order is reading this girl your aura is everything, keep that beautiful spirit.

First time ordering from this location and was very dissapointed. I ordered a chicken club with swiss and bacon on flat white bread. I received a different bread, lettuce and chicken all sloppy. What happened??

😡THIS LOCATION SUCKS. The last was there the service was slow but this time the service was horrible. The order was very rude and ghetto and very disrespectful. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager Crystal was very unprofessional and unbothered. After I corrected my order 6 times and they still got it wrong. I wasn’t supposed to be looking over the counter at the work station that employee happened to be cleaning and i KIDD YOU NOT SAW ALOT OF ROACHES 🪳 under the prep station. It was disgusting

Please google allow negative stars for places such as this horrible one, The most not polite and very rude and unprofessional manager at all and crew how come she still working rather stays home to avoid harming and embarrassing customer while yelling at customers in front of a crude by giving herself excuses to do whatever she wants and capable, we asked the cashier if we ordering drinks do we need to stay in line or we can order it directly as we have been told last time not to stand in line for drinks only, after we paid that lady start yelling at us that we escaped the line and don’t stand here stay back and I will cancel your order and give you a refund, when we asked her why you yelling she replied because you yelled first and she even refused to tell her name and I’m a manger and I will give you your money back you don’t need my name
