For dim sum, this place is fabulous. We had a group of 15 and there was something for everyone. They load up the cart with a variety of dishes that you choose from. Highlights were the short ribs, siu mai and tofu skin.

Great rice and egg soup! Came to NYC with the family for Labor Day weekend and we took a trip down China Town, and the wide open space in the restaurant grabbed our attention! Loved the atmosphere and friendly staff. We got the egg fried rice and the egg drop soup, perfect meal to end the day! We were surprised to receive watermelon slices as a desert when we got the check! A nice detail to have with customers really sets a calm and welcoming atmosphere…I look forward to coming back here on our next trip!

Never have I ever had cold dim sum. We arrived towards the end of the work day. They were going to have a party in 2 hours. The food, although nice to look at, was not very good. The spring rolls, completely cold. They didn't have a wide selection. The service wasn't very good. Just people trying to unload already prepared food that they wanted to get rid of. Very disappointed since their Google score was high. What did I miss? Also, the dining room was very disorganized and almost tripped over a tablecloth on the floor.

Loved this Dim Sum location located in the heart of Chinatown. The typical moving cart dim sum; very very loud but everything we tried was delicious! Brought me close to Hong Kong Dim Sum. Definitely coming back when I visit! Ps. It can get a little crowded and a bit loud. But hey at least all dishes were truly on point! Highly Recommended!

Jun’23. 4.5* rounded up. Currently the best dim sum for me in Chinatown. The har gao (shrimp dumpling $5) was very good with noticeable large chunks of shrimp. The unique item was the flakey Baked Durian Pastry ($7.50): it was filled with a fluffy light durian flavored custard. The Minced Beef Balls ($5) had the right taste with cilantro and could have been more tender. The steam pork spareribs with black bean sauce ($5) could have had more smashed black beans. The rice roll with fried dough stick was cold and missed the mark; the fried dough was tough & oily and not fluffy. The generous portioned turnip cake ($5) as also cold and was otherwise tasty. The Shu Mai (pork and shrimp dumplings) was tasteless as it was unsalted and did not have any mushrooms. The under-filled sticky rice in lotus leaf ($5) had mince meat, 1 small piece of Chinese sausage and egg yolk (no mushroom?). Tea was $1 per person. Service was efficient. Update jul’23. Black bean spare ribs were tasty. Meatballs were light and fluffy but the taste was off today. IDK why they were spicy/chilies today? The shrimp dumplings were not as good today. There were some service issues like there was a period of 15min where there was no new steamed dim sum and the carts only had fried dim sum;!then a period where there were no fried dim sum. We stay very close to the waiter station and we had very efficient service. Still a 4.5stars!
