5 months agoI tried the Mango Pineapple croissant roll and the Paris to New York croissant roll which is a crushed Hazelnut with dense dark chocolate croissant roll, and both were excellent at this Maman at the corner of Hudson St and Canal St.. From the famous Maman nut chocolate chip cookie, it appears a very high quality baking wafer of Guittard chocolate is sourced, which has moved to organic chocolate using sunflower lecithin, over soy, which is more natural and local. The cafe was very quiet inside with sustainable, antique style furniture of solid wood and metal, creating a very pleasant ambiance with plentiful light from the wall of windows.
3 months agoJust wanted to stop by for coffee and bakery before going to Whitney Museum. Loved my latte and croissant. The vibe is chic and perfect. I will def stop again for brunch next time. Service is great as well.
5 months agoSmall, cute, and quaint atmosphere. Delicious treats and the maman's breakfast sandwich made my taste buds happy
5 months agoFood is not bad, but service is average. Cashier guy was impatient. Considering there was tips but really self service, pick up your food, and silverware. Funny thing was I was given the food for dining in, in a takeaway box.. I confirmed with the chef shouting out Quiche Sophie, twice. Despite me seeing there were bell peppers (Daphne) . Ate it anyway as I didn't want to wait. Honey lavender latte was interesting.
