Peruvian staples with a twist! Overall, a great dining experience. Top quality ingredients, great service and a cozy atmosphere. The dishes are elaborate and complex, mixing sauces and multiple textures. Sometimes flawlessly executed (for example the Tuna Tiradito, or the Ribeye); other times not so much (like the cheesecake...). Dishes are perfect for sharing, although serving size is on the small side. Enjoy!

We went for dinner during their soft launch opening. Between the two of us, we shared the ceviche (fresh and tasty), beef empanadas (good), charcoal rotisserie chicken (the flavour was good but the chicken was dry), the octopus (very tasty) and torta de queso (could give this a miss). The pisco sours were very good. Although there were a couple of misses on the food, I'd come back to try the other dishes. The waiter was proactive and friendly which made our visit pleasant.
