Dine In
Takeout
We had the vanilla chocolate brioche and the butter honey toast. The toast had a crunchy texture; honey and butter integrated well. It was served in warm temperature, which is why i like it because it was cold outside. The brioche had a great balance between the vanilla and the cream. The cream inside wasn’t too rich in terms of flavor. It was mild and blended with the chocolate well. Recommend this bakery to you!
in the last weekI walked past here once close to midnight and was surprised but impressed to see the staff preparing their ingredients and working tirelessly. The queue is always quite long but it moved fast and if you don’t get there early the selection quickly dwindles. The French toast is always a favourite of mine and I enjoy seeing the variety of pastry change every time I visit. Coffee is also delicious
a month agoA pretty long queue (about 20 minute wait). It kinda seemed that most of the pastry was sold out as the selection was minimal. 🥲 I bought the brioche bun which was pretty dry despite the vanilla filling. I’d expect much better for £5.70… Can’t say I’m blown away.
a month agoI've been eagerly anticipating a visit to Arome for some time now, and I'm absolutely delighted that I finally made it today. It exceeded all my expectations. The array of delectable baked goods on offer was exceptional, and although I regret only trying one this time, I'm already planning a return visit. The pistachio and chocolate swirl pastry was an absolute delight and hit the spot perfectly. As for my partner, they ordered the three-cheese egg quiche, and they described it as light as air and simply delicious. We shall be back!
a month agoNeat and comfortable space with very on point patisserie. The team in general was professional, but since the shop is super busy everyone can be a little bit less welcoming than you would’ve expected. It also seems that a member or two might be tasked to just gawk at customers who had a table to prevent seats being held up for unnecessarily long times. It could be a little uncomfortable to start with but we ignored them after a while. Re. Food, we had the honey and butter toast, which was really solid. The last one available just sold out before me and I only had to wait about 15 minutes for a fresh batch to be served, and the wait was well worth it! I also ordered the homemade lemonade which I think is just passable. Oolong tea however, is great. There are many other options and the honey toast alone convinced me to go back to give them a try too.
