Went for claim the £4.99 footlong as stated on the app, but in store they said I couldn’t use this in their store. So then I went to use my free side with my 250 points, they said I cannot claim this either? Even though on their window display it says join the app for a free side?!? Yet you don’t let customers even claim it.

First time I arrived at this branch the staff are really great 👍. Even while I sat there eating regular customers arrive and I could see the service they received was very fast and friendly like they know each other.

Amazing place. Stuff are very friendly and easy to connect to. Ive been there so many time to the point where they know my order off by heart😂😂. Their cookies are amazing by the way especially the choc chunk and vegan cookies.

I having my lunch from this subway from last couple of years almost everyweek thier staff is very nice and professional they never be rude with anyone I didn’t notice even lunch time is very busy still they try to serve fast, and the Indian guy he is very helpful and nice person he never rude with me.don’t judge people by one day my friend please.
