I could not breath my room smelt do bad. It came from the bathroom. We closed the door to try to help but it got way worse throughout the night. The pull out bed for our 3rd person had this huge nasty stain on the bed and there were no extra sheets for the bed in the room even though we marked 3 people are staying. When we checked in the front desk guy was not the warmest. He was evidently not happy to be there and very short and snappy. The location is great though. But it was definitely not worth the money we had to pay. Please fix the ventilation system of your plumbing. Mr. Ardit in the morning who checked us out was super kind and worked with us holding our bags. He helped us also get a taxi. Amazing man. He deserves a pay raise.

The location is amazing, I walked to Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace easily from the hotel. There is a car park, but it is quite expensive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good. It had a weird bathroom in that the sink was in the room, and the toilet and shower were in cubicles, but it worked fine. The bed was a little soft, but that's just my preference. A great place to base yourself when in London.

Check in was good. Staff really friendly and accommodating. Room decorated to a good standard, bit of an unorthodox bathroom set up that won't suit everyone. Breakfast set up was quite small and the food selection quite narrow. Nevertheless, food was good and staff again friendly. Location is good, short walk to Southbank and some major tourist attractions. Nearest tube station about a 10 minute walk

Dirty, poor staff, even if not this hotel is just slightly better than a Travelodge. Advertised as a 4 star hotel, when I asked about this staff couldn't say if awarded by AA or by Visit Britain. Clearly not a 4 star hotel. Unless Hotel provides some evidence of rating we will be taking legal action and would encourage all other guests to do the same.

Possibly the most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed in. No way that this is a four star hotel! Please see the pictures: dirty carpet and the ‘art’ from a horror movie. No taste, cheap and and frankly scary. The service was average, nothing exceptional. Breakfast- great- offering continental and the traditional English options.
