Love to have a Gail's in the area! The place looks and feels nice and cozy, and I was especially happy to see several tables outside - even if the busy street isn't the best backdrop, it's great to have an open-air option. The food selection was a bit smaller than the larger shops, especially in the savoury department, but everything looked yummy, and what we had also tasted it. Looking forward to coming back, and hopefully to a changing menu of snacks and bakes.
10 months agoThe coffee, fresh food and products (including the amazing butter!) are all fantastic here at my local Gail’s. The staff welcome customers warmly and maintain high standards professionally. I am very fortunate to be a regular here.

4 months agoGenuinely one of the best Gails branches I have worked at - great open plan layout with plenty of seating (with sockets) to get a cafe-work session going. Customer service is impeccable - the staff are always friendly and easy going - especially Filipa who is always there to cheer you up. All the baristas are really chill and know how to whip up a good iced latte. Their coffee roast is well balanced and full, perfectly accompanying one of their signature cinnamon buns. I also must add that their sourdough bread selection is one of the best-in-class.
2 months agoProbably the best coffee from a franchise in London. The staff helps it feel local. The pan au chocolat is awesome. And the Portuguese woman working there is always incredibly friendly and generous.
