Visited for a work get together, drinks and dinner for 8 of us on a Thursday night. Service was relatively slow but friendly and the food was as expected for this type of establishment and location. The dessert portions are generous! Generally a good venue to eat and drink.

• Food: One of the worst mocha I have ever tried. Avo on Toast ok but expected more. Not much sweet selection on the brunch menu. • Service: Don’t expect much service even though the place is empty. • The ambiance though is really good but I wouldn’t go back and I wouldn’t recommend. • Value for money: not there but honestly is now hard to find a place in London that’s worth paying for.

Nice, cosy restaurant on ground floor of a hotel. We sat at the comfy area, shared a few small plates, quite tasty. Cocktails were nicely done too. Attentive service from staff members, special thanks to Justina and Eugene from their lovely welcome. We'll be back soon

Breakfast was good but dinner was OK, fabulous friendly staff, great ambience but way overpriced for marginally above average food. £160 for 3 adults, 2 kids(they didn't like their food), no starters or puddings, one glass of wine and a G&T. Bill was wrong too. We paid it at the time only realising after we'd checked out in person the next day, during which we found a whole new bill for a dinner we didn't have on our account! Luckily we spotted that one and they wiped it off but it's what prompted us scrabbling to find and check the receipt from the night before later on. 2 drinks we didn't have but couldn't be bothered to pursue that one.

Hoxton hotels are very good but this restaurant is disappointing. The usual hoxton brunch offerings done really poorly. Poor food - sent back cold eggs benedict with fridge cold ham, Poor quality weak coffee Everything was insipid - too sweet and just not quite right. Service was average - 7 different serving staff to our table all of whom were friendly but over worked. Facilities dirty and baby changing inadequate and badly thought out meaning you have to almost stand in the toilet to change! Real pity as we stayed in the hoxton in Amsterdam and the menu was the same almost and the whole vibe was 10000% better, better food, better quality ingredients. I recommend Hoxton sends their manager and chefs to amsterdam branch to learn how to run a better show! sorry guys needs to be said - you charge ALOT for worse than pret.
