I have been eating here since last few years but the new staff at this subway is the worse , they will not listen to you at all and they talk so rude to customers , I am writing this review after I saw the treatment with other customers also. Service person Name plate - shailly & his colleague. Will never recommend anyone for this store, better you can visit nearby subway outlet at sector 14 & sector 31

Sector 15 part 2 store. Server - Bobby. The customer politely asked to clean a table, got an answer we are short on staff so better choose a table that's not dirty. Resource challenge understood but could have been polite. Ignored this passing comment but could hold on to the one coming next. Customer said in case you are short on staff why don't you bring this to notice of the company. Brilliant answer received - company to waise hi band hone wali hai. This got us really irritated and SUBWAY YOU JUST LOST A loyal CUSTOMER TODAY. BTW the taste was equally pthetic. Can very well relate to downfall of yet another great brand. God bless the brand.

They have removed paneer tikka sub and replaced with tangy paneer tikka. I had bought 4 subs for me and my family but all 4 of them were pathetic. This indianized version tasted like mango pickle. Don't know why these international food chains can't stick to their own menu. Disappointed.

Very disappointed with the attitude and behaviour of the staff at Subway , they are so rude as if they are feeding us for free, manager & owner is never there so you can't complain to their superior, just 3 people 1 lady shaily & 2 boys have the entire subway in their hand and they are running it as per them , ridiculous to even talk to them , will never suggest this subway , go for sector 14 & sector 31 subway .

While travelling from metro can be tiring at times but you always have one reason to come to huda city centre thats this yummy 🤤 Subway. At times when covid was not so popular in the city this was my fav spot to relax eat while you observe so many people in the court it was funny yet entertaining 😆😂
