The only guy who work there tall, late middle age, today July 27 around 8:11 A.M. I went there to order coffee. I was standing in front of him, waiting for him to ask me about my order, This guy was having a conversation with his coworkers, ignoring me and doesn’t want to stop his conversation. I told him to charge me for a coffee and he was mad and raise his voice at me.???? I'm really wondering what type of a manager and owner will choose people that take a job as a joke to ruin the business and never take their job seriously. Things that have been happening in this place: -Employees fighting in the back for minutes ignoring customers and line of people watching and waiting. (Happened more than once) -Employees having conversation to each other being rude ignoring customers and delaying order. (Happened frequently) - A cashier register does not know how to open the system because the manager is late (After 45 min of store open hours) I'm giving the credit to one lady that I wish I know her name. The location there was the worst and still but she was the only good person in this place who’s able to make it better. I used to go there before and stopped. After a while I went there once and noticed how she is great, fast and so kind. Then, I started going there till what happened today.

This location just seems understaffed. Service at the register was super friendly. Food (egg and cheese) came out first and was piping hot. Drinks came out a long time later. Matcha was not completely stirred and hot coffee had some floaters in it (maybe cream that hit that hot coffee a bit too quickly!?) At the end of the day, it's a Dunks, and it does the trick. But maybe not the best choice if you are in a hurry.

I go to Dunkin Donuts twice a week all over the country. I asked for the dark coffee. It was very weak. They assured me it was dark. IT WAS NOT.

There was only two customers including me, and there were two workers when I came in on the same date as this review. One appeared to be in training and was not too happy to be working, lots of arguing with the manager or supervisor. I waited about 10 min for a latte. Then I stood there another 3 wondering where my croissant was. In the meantime two more customers came in and ordered sandwiches. I asked and the in training employee said my sandwich was coming right now. She made the sandwiches for the other customers. I then complained. 25 minutes in total passed before I had my order. The supervisor gave free hash browns to recognize my waiting time. Otherwise it would have been 1 star. DD is about good and fast. This was not at all fast.

I have come to this location a few times and have never really had an issue. Today I placed a mobile order after 12pm as their online hours say they close at 2pm. Location was already closed when I arrived a few minutes later. There was an employee cleaning and I asked through the door what time do they close. She just shook her head and kept looking towards the back. Store hours aren’t displayed on their doors, only showing what time they open. If I arrived after their closing time, that’s my fault. But the mobile app let me place my order after 12pm, indicating it was open.
