After placing order online waited 30 minutes plus with 2 other guests on food after been told was not ready but food was ready and on rack. food was cold and fries was soggy.. had to return food to store for remake no apology regarding service or food…. I Order at least 3 times a week but after this experience I will give the restaurant a break , and hopefully if I decide to revisit the service and good will be better.

Wonderful Wingstop experience with friendly staff & awesome food! My favorites are the fries & homemade ranch! Can't beat their wing flavor selection, either. Order ahead for the smoothest pickup experience!

They got my order wrong, I got the order picked up because I don’t have a car. I called explaining my order and they said I have to bring the food back to Auburn and they’ll remake it. I go to Tuskegee, and ts is ridiculous because THEY messed up my order🙄.

I’ve been here twice first time was when they first opened and the food was great. I haven’t been back since so I thought I’d try it again. I got 10 boneless wings and fries. My wings were so hard I couldn’t even get my fork in them to pick them up. Then when I ate one there was nothing juicy about it. It was so crunchy and hard I ended throwing them all away. The fries were undercooked and some of them were even cold…my advice avoid this place. Only good thing is the drink machine had the right soda for washing down this garbage.

I think they ripped me off, I got a 10pc combo and she charged me 18 dollars and a few cents, plus they didn’t even give me the right flavor fries, they just gave me plain flys!
