I was at greggs this morning, I wanted to buy only 1 steak bake and go mind my business, the guy who served me made me change my mind to buy 2 and even bought a drink. the guy which I don’t know his name gave me a friendly customer service, very professional. And also with his smile which. Why don’t you provide your staff with name badges it’s just common Sense Greggs.

I went in this morning to order a few different bits, firstly I’d like to say how the staff were extremely rude to all customers and the guy definitely did not want to be there. Secondly, I ordered wedges and chicken bites which were both serve my undercooked and now I am very ill.

Frequently no baked goods and useless at baking more when stocks running low. Mid morning today nothing left other than 2 chicken bakes. Asked if sausage rolls ready soon and he then goes and puts them into an empty oven. Nothing was even cooking. So I left and won’t return as it’s a regular occurrence here

I visited the Greggs bakery in Streatham London. Staff vacant in manner. Tables dirty I had to ask for one to be cleaned one of the servers asked me which one I replied it doesn’t matter I’ll sit at any but there were 6 needed cleaning so I would have cleaned all. She wiped one with that dirty spray bottle and cloth and went back behind the counter. I do wonder does it ever get changed probably not. She was annoyed I had even asked for a clean table. The floor needed a good clean, crumbs etc from customers remnants three staff behind the counter standing talking no customers. They should take the chance to tidy the place!!! Again who’s the manager. I have pictures 😬🤷🏽♀️
