Takeout
Arrived at 10:20am to a locked door. Online the shop says it opens at 10am. Another customer was there before us also waiting to get inside. 5 minutes later staff came and opened the door. Lots of Indian food in there. Got some pizza puff (frozen) which tasted very sour and not very nice. 4 pieces for £4.99. Not worth it. The frozen Punjabi samosas were all cracked and tasted ok. The veg samosas were ok in taste but pricey. Wouldn’t shop here again as it very expensive and not very tasty.

I shopped here yesterday, and being unfamiliar with purchasing these snacks, I asked for bhel chaat, separate samosas and dokra. I was having guuests for afternoon tea. My mother in law always buys these from Ealing for me, so I know what they should taste of. I was given soaked damped dokra, totally soggy and unedible. The bhel was not fresh, there was no crunch, it was like dated food that had just been poured in boxes. The only things barely edible were the samosas. I felt they took advantage of me not being a local, and served me unedible foods. Definitely would not recommend this place. I'd score it in minus numbers if I could!

Great for Indian snacks and sweets, delicious samosas and wonderful friendly service everytime.

Strictly okay in terms of quality of food which is a hit or a miss. Most of the food sold via hot counter is sub-standard and reheated frozen food which is unhealthy. Over-hyped because of their allegiance to Swaminarayan sect and the blind militant followers of this sect. I visit this place as a last resort when I run out of options to buy Indian snacks.

Bought many items on Diwali weekend but one item i.e., Ghughra was moldy and fungus was on there. When I called them reporting the same and asking for refund, they have asked to come to the shop. Now, I have to again visit their shop which is 1 hr away from my place. Pathetic experience, not expected in UK. Due to my busy schedule, I may not be able to visit before expiry date but I want to share the experience with other buyers and owner.
